I need to start doing something on my “off” days from half marathon training, and some additional cardio and fat burning can’t hurt – so I put my Jillian Michaels “30 Day Shred” video back in today. It was going to be super fun – and went something like this.

She doesn’t mess around. I highly recommend this DVD if you feel like torturing yourself for 20 minutes.
I hate to think what Level 2 and 3 are like…considering this was only Level 1.
